What is JoNet?

JoNet is a vending platform for Fast Moving Consumer Services such as Cheap Internet Data, Electricity, Airtime, Pay/Cable TV, Flight Ticket, Event Ticket and other virtual product. JoNet provides direct access to its products and services via the website and mobile app.

How do I Sign Up?

Click on SignUp on the website to set up your JoNet Account.

Can I have more than one JoNet account?

Yes, it is possible to have multiple JoNet account. JoNet accounts are tied to a phone number and email address, therefore to create another JoNet account you must have access to another phone number and email address apart from the one already used.

I created a JoNet account,but I did not receive a verification email?

Please check your spam folder, if you don't see it in your main email folder. Your email service may have accidentally sent our email there. If you did not see it in your main email folder or spam, contact customer support: [email protected]; Whatsapp: 08158730050; call: 08065410387.

How can I convert Airtime to instant Cash?

Exchanging your recharge card for money is no longer a problem anymore as you can easily convert airtime to instant cash in Nigeria and quickly transfer to your bank account using JoNet. Wallet Funding Questions

How can I fund my JoNet account?

You can fund your JoNet account via any of the following means;

Debit Card

Bank Transfer

Airtime

How can I fund my JoNet account with Debit Card?

To fund your JoNet account with Debit Card:

Click on Fund Wallet or Wallet

Input the Amount and select Pay Via Card

Click on Prceed

Enter your card number, Expiry Date and CVC(at the back of your card)

Enter the OTP sent to your email or phone number

Click pay and your Wallet will be funded immediately

How can I fund my JoNet account with Bank Transfer?

To fund your JoNet account with Bank Transfer:

Click Fund Wallet or Wallet

Input the Amount and select Pay Via Bank Transfer

Click on Prceed

Transfer the amount to any of the accounts listed

Select the account you transferred to and click on confirm

Your Wallet will be funded immediately after we confirmed the transfer

How can I fund my JoNet account with Airtime?

To fund your JoNet account with Airtime:

Click on Fund Wallet or Wallet

Input the Amount and select Airtime

Click on Prceed

Transfer airtime or send recharge card equivalent to the amount to 08065410387

click on confirm after the transfer

Your Wallet will be funded immediately after we confirmed the transfer or recharge card

My Wallet has not been credited after I have confirmed my transfer?

Your wallet should be credited in less than 30 minutes after clicking confirm. If otherwise, please contact customer support with your transaction ref. No.

I cannot see the page to confirm my transfer?

Go to Transaction History on the side navigation to confirm any unconfirmed transaction

I could not complete the transaction, can I come back and complete it?

Yes, within 24hours of transaction. Transaction will be automatically cancelled after 24hours if not completed. To complete transaction, GoTo Transaction History

To Withdraw or Transfer money in your JoNet Wallet to your bank account or any bank account in Nigeria :

Click on Withdrfaw/Transfer Fund

Click on Single Transfer if you are transferring to one account or Bulk Transfer if you are transferring to more than one account at once

Click transfer to conplete the process

How do I buy electricity unit?

How do I buy internet data?

To buy internet data:

fill in the buy data form.

click buy data.

If you are a guest, select the mode of payment and click pay.

If the mode of payment via Card,fill in the card number, Expiry Date and CVC(at the back of your card).

Enter the OTP sent to your email or phone number and click pay

If the mode of payment via Bank Transfer, select the bank and confirm after payment.

If you are a registered User.

click pay.

I have not received the data after confirming my transfer?

You will receive the data in less than 30 minutes after clicking confirm. If otherwise, please contact customer support with your transaction ref. No.

I cannot see the page to confirm my transfer?

Check your email to confirm any unconfirmed transaction or goto Transaction History, if you are a registered User.

I could not complete the transaction, can I come back and complete it?

Yes, within 24hours of transaction. Transaction will be automatically cancelled after 24hours if not completed. To complete transaction, check your email or goto Transaction History, if you are a registered User.

Why is the MTN data very cheap?

It is very cheap because we buy in bulk from MTN and resell to you.
